The dissertation is devoted to o the study of technologies of Israel's foreign policy.
In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is substantiated, information is obtained about the connection of the work with scientific programs, plans and topics, the goal, task, object and subject of the research are presented, the methodological basis of the work is outlined, the scientific news, theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results, information about the preliminary approval of the research results and the structure of the work.
The first chapter presents the technological approach in the study of foreign policy. This is how the conceptual complex is characterized. The theoretical-legal and institutional foundations of Israel's foreign policy are also analyzed.
The second chapter analyzes the technology of Hasbara public diplomacy, which is a feature of Israel's foreign policy. Considerable attention is paid to researching the technology of diaspora diplomacy. The role of lobbying technology in Israel's foreign policy activity is considered.
The third chapter defines deterrence technology and its role in the national security of the State of Israel. The influence of the technology of allied stimulation on the formation of alliances for the participation of Israel is also analyzed.
The purpose of the scientific work is to comprehensively investigate the technologies of Israel's foreign policy.
The following research tasks were formulated for the selected topic:

The object of the study is Israel's foreign policy.
The subject is the technology of Israel's foreign policy.
Research methods. A wide range of scientific methods and principles were used in the framework of the dissertation research, in particular, the research on the technologies of Israel's foreign policy was implemented on the basis of generally recognized scientific principles. First of all, the principle of scientific objectivity was used, which made it possible to study the objective regularities of theoretical and practical approaches to understanding Israel's foreign policy. The implementation of this scientific principle made it possible to find objective conclusions based on specific examples, theoretical approaches, and scientific facts within the framework of the research. The application of this principle also within the framework of the study contributed to the level of the personal factor of influence, thereby providing a reason to affirm the conformity of the set of conclusions with the provisions of real reliability. The basis of the methodological basis of the research is the technological approach, which contributed to the study of Israel's foreign policy in a practical and applied aspect, from the side of qualitative assessment of the effectiveness of its tools. With the help of the synthesis of theoretical approaches, it became possible to highlight the main modernization judgments that have the opportunity to obtain the maximum effect in the implementation of the technologies of Israel's foreign policy. In his proposal, the use of methods of analysis and synthesis provided an opportunity to carry out a comprehensive study of political institutions, their interaction and influence on the formation of Israel's foreign policy and the implementation of its technologies. The institutional method of ensuring the separation of internal and foreign political structures, their powers and relationships, as well as clarifying the role of these structures, separating the main and secondary ones according to their formal actions, in the formation and implementation of Israel's foreign policy technologies.
