The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of the main aspects of modern international relations of Ukraine in the context of their technological dimension. The work defines the theoretical and methodological principles of technologies of international relations, in particular, the understanding of the terminological apparatus of the research of technologies of international relations of Ukraine, the theoretical and conceptual aspect of technologies of international relations of Ukraine and the use of a technological approach as a basis for the analysis of international relations of Ukraine are considered.
The peculiarities of public diplomacy as a technology of Ukraine's foreign policy are defined and it is emphasized that it is a necessary tool for achieving the goals of modern Ukraine in the international arena. In particular, it was determined that public diplomacy is closely related to the concept of "soft power", that is, the ability to achieve what is desired on the basis of the voluntary participation of other countries, which is relevant for the country during the great war with the Russian Federation.
The intentionality of the technologies of international relations of Ukraine has been studied, in particular, the socio-psychological aspects of the influence of technologies of international relations have been revealed, the subjects of technologies of international relations in the conditions of Ukraine have been identified, the internal and external objectivity of technologies of international relations in the context of a variety of tasks has been formulated.
The peculiarities of the technologies of Ukraine's international relations were studied, in particular, the potential of Ukraine's public diplomacy technologies and its implementation were highlighted, the peculiarities of information and communication technologies in Ukraine's international relations were revealed, the interaction of legitimation and image technologies in the influence on modern international relations of Ukraine was analyzed.
The scientific work aims to study the key aspects of modern international relations of Ukraine, taking into account their technological dimension. According to the chosen topic, the following research tasks were defined:
• formulation of theoretical and methodological principles of technologies of international relations;
• characteristic of the intentionality of technologies of international relations of Ukraine;
• disclosure of the peculiarities of the technologies of Ukraine's international relations.
The work is based on the principles of systemic analysis, historicism and scientific objectivity. In the research process, not only traditional methods of formal logic were used, but also other approaches, such as a comparative one, which made it possible to reveal the difference between the technologies of international relations in solving specific tasks.
The diversity of scientific methods and approaches that were used in the work created a synergy to achieve the set goal. The basis of the research is a technological approach, which made it possible to analyze the most important aspects of modern international relations of Ukraine in the context of motivated interactions.
The work also formulated a system-structural approach to the analysis of technologies of Ukraine's international relations, which is based on the structural algorithm of the interaction of subjects and objects in the temporal dimension. This algorithm of interaction consists in the combination of the system of subjects and objects of international relations, depending on the congruence of their mental space in the constellation of the system of technologies of mutual behavior.
At the same time, the synergistic approach helped reproduce the dynamics of international relations, determine the effectiveness of the combination of legitimation and image technologies of Ukraine's international relations, and also show the essence of synergy in the variable dynamics of international relations technologies in the conditions of realism of overcoming crises.
