The dissertation is dedicated to the analysis of media diplomacy within the context of states' foreign policy strategies. It examines the theoretical and methodological aspects of media diplomacy, defining its role in contemporary international relations. The first chapter substantiates the concept of media diplomacy, analyzes its significance and components, and studies the foreign policy strategies of countries, including the USA, France, and Ukraine. The second chapter explores global experiences in implementing media diplomacy, covering aspects of digitalization and new actors in this process. It also discusses the practice of coordinating media diplomacy in democratic and authoritarian regimes. The third chapter investigates the role of media diplomacy in Ukraine's foreign policy, identifying the subjects involved in shaping and implementing this strategy, and examining the stages of its evolution and institutionalization. The conclusion highlights the pivotal role of media diplomacy in the foreign policy of nations, especially in the context of modern technologies and globalization. The work emphasizes the significance of digital transformation in implementing media diplomacy, underscoring the role of social media and internet resources in achieving foreign policy objectives.
