The Thesis is devoted to the justification and development of theoretical provisions, the development of methodological support and practical recommendations for the formation of an integrated enterprise management technology based on the principles of meta-management and a risk-oriented approach. In the first chapter, "Theoretical Foundations of the Developing of Integrated Enterprise Management Technology," the Thesis delves into the conceptual apparatus of integrating special management technologies. This involves refining the concept of "integrated enterprise management technology," systematizing models, and outlining their advantages and disadvantages. The chapter also establishes the conceptual framework for developing integrated enterprise management technology, based on meta-management principles and a risk-oriented approach. An analysis of the interpretations of "management technology" and "management system" reveals a prevalence of process and target approaches for both concepts. This exploration confirms commonalities between the definitions of "management technology" and "management system," allowing the application of global practices to the developing integrated enterprise management technology. The Thesis categorizes models of integrated enterprise management technology, such as systemic, process-oriented, synergistic, innovative, complex, and risk-oriented models. The justification for employing a composite model, specifically augmenting the comprehensive model with a risk-oriented component, is substantiated. The conceptual framework for developing integrated enterprise management technology is further developed within the technological paradigm. It is based on meta-management principles and the complementarity of systemic, process-oriented, synergistic, target, innovative, and risk-oriented approaches. In the second chapter, "Assessment of Readiness for Implementation and Application of Integrated Enterprise Management Technology," the Thesis defines macroeconomic determinants for implementing integrated innovative management technologies. It conducts a comprehensive evaluation of the country's readiness to adopt integrated management technologies through a synthetic indicator. Additionally, the internal parameters of an enterprise's readiness for employing integrated enterprise management technology are thoroughly analyzed. Internal readiness components for integrated enterprise management technology were identified as financial capacity, personnel readiness, informational readiness, and organizational and managerial readiness. In the third chapter, "Methodical Support for the Development of Integrated Enterprise Management Technology," the study substantiates the components of integrated enterprise management technology and determines their integration degree. A procedure for development integrated enterprise management technology was developed, along with key indicators for evaluating its performance. A combined model for developing integrated enterprise management technology, based on meta-management and a risk-oriented approach, is proposed. This model implements a multidimensional approach to determine readiness and assess risks at both the country and enterprise levels. It also considers the national, strategic, and management technology dimensions, ensuring a balance between stakeholders' goals and the enterprise's sustainable development goals. A methodical toolkit for assessing the risks of developing integrated enterprise management technology is proposed, encompassing quantitative assessment of specialized management technology risks and qualitative assessment of integration risks. Weight indicators for each risk type are determined using the Fishburn criterion, and an integral indicator is constructed via the weighted sums method. Key performance indicators of integrated enterprise management technology were formulated based on a modified sustainable balanced scorecard. This involves categorizing goals and indicators into economic, social, and environmental projections within subsystems as "results," "stakeholders," "processes," and "activators." The approach considers the interaction between stakeholders and aligns with sustainable development goals, facilitating the harmonization of economic, social, and environmental objectives. The practical application of the obtained results is validated through their successful implementation in various enterprises.
