It is this conceptual model that allows us to adequately respond to today's challenges, to influence the quality of life of students of higher education at the first (bachelor) level. In the presence of theoretical knowledge and empirical experience on this issue, it is necessary to form a systematic approach and substantiate the methods of practical implementation, taking into account target instructions, components of physical education, their relationship and influence on the final result. The implementation of this knowledge in the process of physical education is of particular importance, where the development of interoceptive awareness of students of higher education of the first (bachelor) level based on somatic movements is a significant factor in improving the quality of life.
