The object of the research is the process of forming the socio-psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform the assigned tasks in the conditions of hybrid warfare. The subject of the study is the pedagogical conditions for the formation of social and psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform assigned tasks in the conditions of hybrid warfare. The purpose of the study is to develop, theoretically substantiate and experimentally verify the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the formation of social and psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform assigned tasks in the conditions of hybrid warfare. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: for the first time, the pedagogical conditions for the formation of social and psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform assigned tasks in the conditions of hybrid warfare have been scientifically substantiated: the formation of patriotism as the foundation of a system of values, value orientations, attitudes, motives, needs, aimed at the most effective performance of assigned tasks with the aim of defeating the enemy; directing the content of professional training to the formation of media competence among military personnel as an effective means of countering the informational and psychological influence of the enemy on the personnel of the Armed Forces and the population during the performance of assigned tasks; socio-psychological orientation of practical training of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as a guarantee of effective performance of assigned tasks on the basis of socio-psychological experience, knowledge, abilities and skills; scientific ideas about the essence and content of professional socio-psychological training of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the conditions of hybrid warfare have gained further development; the content, forms and methods of professional training of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been improved, the diagnostic toolkit for diagnosing the levels of formation of social and psychological readiness of servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to perform assigned tasks in conditions of hybrid warfare.
