Essay

The object of the study is the tools of economic assessment effectiveness of management systems of business processes. The research aims to the development of theoretical provisions and substantiation of methodological and applied recommendations for tools economic evaluation of the effectiveness of management systems of business processes enterprises to improve the quality of performance monitoring, detection weaknesses in the business entity's activities and the use of tools managerial influence for the purpose of reengineering inefficient business processes. The author used such methods as: modeling, structural and logical analysis, system analysis, multidimensional method scaling (MDS), method of statistical analysis, method expert survey, method of comparative analysis, systematization and generalization, grouping, graphic method, morphological analysis. The theoretical value of the thesis refers to the study of the theoretical principles improvement tools for economic assessment of the effectiveness of management systems of enterprise business processes to increase the ability of management systems to respond to the challenges of the functioning environment. Scientific novelty of the results: for the first time, an express test of management systems (ETK-method) was developed as a multiparametric tool for economic evaluation of their efficiency in the implementation of business processes of enterprises, and a model of the transformation curve of management systems of business processes was built in order to ensure the universality of the developed method has been developed; has improved a set of indicators of economic evaluation of managerial efficiency business process systems; system of factors of the internal environment of the enterprise in the form developed model PMTL/TPR (People (People / Personnel), Motivation (Motivation personnel), Tools, Leadership, Technology, Process management (Business processes), Resources (Resources); three-dimensional TPL model (T - T.E.M.P.L.E.S., P - PMTL/TPR, L - LoNG) for the analysis of the complex of factors influencing the enterprise; has developed the the conceptual and terminological apparatus of the economic toolkit evaluation of the effectiveness of management systems of the enterprise's business processes; business process management model of the enterprise; technology of application of performance evaluation tools management systems of enterprise business processes based on the ETC method. The subject of research are scientific-methodical and applied provisions on the improvement tools for economic assessment of the effectiveness of management systems of enterprise business processes to increase the ability of management systems to respond to the challenges of the functioning environment. Author’s recommendations are used during the improvement of the tools for economic assessment of the efficiency of management systems of business processes of the enterprise. The scope of use of the author's recommendations is enterprises.
