Prysiazhna T. Management of the investment potential of territorial communities based on digitalization

Purpose: theoretical and methodological substantiation and development of practical recommendations for managing the investment potential of territorial communities using digital technologies, which will facilitate their adaptation to socio-economic transformations and ensure sustainable development. Object of research: the process of managing the investment potential of territorial communities on the basis of digitalization. Research methods: in particular, the following methods: abstract-logical; monographic; historical detail; statistical and economic modeling; index; sociometric survey; SWOT analysis; correlation and regression analysis; Boruta; spatial analysis; GIS analysis. Theoretical results: the theoretical provisions are reflected in the conceptual approaches, methodological principles and conclusions of the dissertation research, which contribute to the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations of managing the investment potential of territorial communities using digital technologies. The obtained results are being implemented in the educational process of Polissya National University, in particular in teaching the disciplines “Investment and Innovation Management” and “Digital Management”. Practical results: proposals for improving the mechanisms for managing the investment potential of territorial communities on the basis of digitalization, aimed at improving the efficiency of their functioning in the context of socio-economic transformations. Scientific novelty: a conceptual approach to managing the investment potential of territorial communities based on structuring input data in terms of hierarchical levels is proposed; the definition of the concept of “investment potential of a territorial community” is improved; the methodological approach to analyzing tax revenues as an indicator of the development of the investment potential of communities, taking into account the influence of demographic, infrastructure and economic factors, using the Boruta and stepwise regression methods, is improved; developed an economic and mathematical model based on the statistical pooling method to model the relationship between the volume of attracted investments and the level of digitalization of the country, estimated on the basis of the European methodology Open data maturity; identified factors influencing the process of attracting investments based on the integral index, taking into account the rate of change of partial socio-economic indicators, as well as the identification of factors-destimators; a methodological toolkit for a comprehensive assessment of the investment potential of a territorial community, including an integrated analysis of socio-economic, infrastructure, financial, innovative and sectoral indicators, comparison with similar communities and the use of SWOT analysis to determine investment attractiveness; proposals for intensifying investment processes within territorial communities based on the functioning of regional investment clusters. Effectiveness: The results of the study will contribute to improving the mechanisms for managing the investment potential of territorial communities on the basis of digitalization, which, in turn, will ensure their adaptation to dynamic socio-economic transformations and contribute to sustainable development.
