Maramukha N. Formation of competences for providing pre -hospital care in future bachelors of physical culture and sports

The dissertation outlines a new solution to the problem of forming readiness to provide pre -medical care in future bachelors of physical culture and sports. Attention is emphasized that in the State Bachelor's Bachelor Education Standard 017 Physical Education and Sport the ability to provide pre -hospital medical care in emergency conditions and pathological processes in the human body is determined by one of the programmatic results of learning. It is stated that the problem of forming appropriate competences has not yet received proper coverage in scientific sources. The contradictions of professional training of future bachelors of physical culture and sports in the context of forming competencies in providing pre -hospital care are distinguished. It is proved that one of the important directions of elimination of contradictions in the professional training of future bachelors of physical culture and sports is the substantiation of pedagogical conditions and the development of a structural and logical scheme for the formation of competences for the provision of pre-hospital care, as well as the development of appropriate methodological support on this basis. The formation of future bachelors of physical culture and sports of competences for providing pre -hospital care means the organized influence of pedagogical factors, aimed at acquiring the acquires of education of dynamic combinations of knowledge, skills, skills and personal qualities that determine the ability to work in situations. In this case, the formation of such competences is manifested in the knowledge of algorithms for providing pre -hospital care in injuries and urgent conditions, the ability to provide pre -hospital care in everyday life, the skills of providing pre -hospital care in situations typical of sports. The analysis of scientific sources showed that the authors of publications on the topic of professional training of the applicants for the education of the field of physical culture and sports, are united in the opinion about the need to teach students to provide pre -medical care. It is found that in existing educational programs of specialty 017 physical culture and sports are paid attention to this aspect of training. However, often the specificity of injury and the risk of dangerous situations in different sports or types of motor activity are not fully taken into account. It is shown that the great potential for improving the quality of preparation of future bachelors of physical culture and sports in the aspect of providing them with pre-hospital care is to use in the educational process the experience of first aid courses for persons who do not have special medical education, as well as the inclusion in the content of sports and applied disciplines of modules, devoted to the most different. It is substantiated that the theoretical principles of formation in future bachelors of physical culture and sports competences for providing pre-hospital care are: socially cognitive theory of A. Bandura; theoretical provisions on the formation of N. Bernstein's motor skill; competence and credit-modular approaches to the formation of the content of the educational process in higher education institutions; Entrustable Professional Activities, EPA). It is proved that the process of formation of bachelors of physical culture and sports of readiness for providing pre -hospital care should be subject to the principles of: practical orientation, taking into account sports specificity, optimal structure, availability of methodological support. It is shown that the pedagogical conditions, which will increase the effectiveness of training of education applicants in the specialty 017 Physical culture and sports before providing pre -medical care, are:  construction of the content of regulatory discipline on the basis of approved procedures for providing domedic assistance;  expanding the content of practical disciplines by introducing content modules aimed at mastering students theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for providing pre -hospital care in emergency states that occur during sports or motor activity;  improvement of acquired knowledge and skills in providing pre -hospital care for injuries and emergency conditions in additional activities of informal education;  organization of cross -cutting methodological support of the process of formation of competences for the provision of pre -hospital care in urgent conditions that occur during sports or motor activity;  realization of complementary methods of control of the formation of competences of future bachelors of physical culture and sports for providing pre -hospital care in professional activity. Creating these conditions in compliance with these principles becomes possible in the construction of the educational process according to the structural and logical scheme.
