Seliuk V. Formation of Corporate Culture of Future Officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by Means of Pedagogical Technologies

The thesis is devoted to the problem of forming the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by means of pedagogical technologies. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that: – for the first time, organizational and pedagogical conditions (the focus of professional training on the conscious positive motivation of cadets to form a corporate culture in them by means of interactive technologies (axiological and motivational component) were substantiated and experimentally tested; the activation of the use of problem-based learning technology in the process of professional training of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, aimed at the formation of a corporate culture (cognitive and ideological component); the integration of information and communication technologies into the practice of teaching educational components of higher educational institutions, aimed at the formation of the activity-behavioral component of the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; the formation of self-control and self-reflection skills in cadets of the formation of corporate culture based on the use of training technology (personal and reflective component) and the structural and functional model of the formation of the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by means of pedagogical technologies, which consists of blocks: target (social order, goal, task of forming corporate culture); theoretical and methodological (methodological approaches, principles); content (mandatory educational components (general training cycle, professional training cycle), military components of the educational and professional program, methodological recommendations on the use of pedagogical technologies for the corporate culture formation among future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine); organizational and procedural (pedagogical technologies, forms, methods of professional training); effective (components, criteria and levels of formation of corporate culture, result); – the essence of the components of the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, criteria and indicators, qualitative characteristics of the levels of formation of the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were improved. – the concepts of «corporate culture», «formation of the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by means of pedagogical technologies» were clarified and specified. The content of professional training of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine using pedagogical technologies, forms and methods of forming the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has been further developed. The practical significance of the obtained results: a substantiated set of pedagogical technologies can be used in the educational process of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to improve the process of forming a corporate culture. Methodological recommendations have been developed for the formation of the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine using pedagogical technologies for scientific and pedagogical workers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The thematic content of the courses «General Tactics», «Military Pedagogy and Psychology (including Leadership)», «Psychological Support of Service and Combat Activities», «Psychology and Pedagogy of Professional Activity», «Organizational Psychology in Military Units», «Management of Daily Activities of Units», «Fundamentals of Military Leadership» has been updated by using author’s didactic materials to ensure the formation of the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the thesis research, a set of diagnostic methods, questionnaires, tasks was systemized to study the state of formation of each component of the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The materials of the thesis can be used by scientific and pedagogical workers of higher educational institutions to develop educational and professional programs, training and work programs of educational components of professional training of military personnel, educational and methodological complexes for the effective use of pedagogical technologies in order to form the corporate culture of future officers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine; during retraining courses, advanced training of current officers; during the development of manuals (educational and educational and methodological), textbooks, monographs, methodological recommendations on topical issues of professional training of the military; by teachers of higher educational institutions to improve the organization of the educational process in the context of the formation of corporate culture among cadets; when preparing scientific works by cadets – course, diploma, master’s, scientific works, articles, etc.
