Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the definition, justification and experimental verification of the didactic conditions of blended learning of future lawyers in institutions of professional pre-higher education. The research of the concepts of "blended learning", "readiness of future lawyers for professional activity during blended learning in institutions of professional pre-higher education", principles and didactic conditions of blended learning of future lawyers in institutions of professional pre-higher education is argued. Scientific novelty of the obtained research results: ‒ for the first time, the didactic conditions for blended learning of future lawyers in institutions of professional pre-higher education were defined, substantiated and experimentally tested (activation of the process of forming technological competence of future lawyers (informational-cognitive, didactic-methodical, operational-activity and reflective-analytical components) during blended learning; actualization of the process of forming competence of future lawyers in informal education and professional-personal development (motivational, orientational, organizational and activity components) during training in institutions of professional pre-higher education; creation of a favorable didactic environment for forming the readiness of future lawyers for professional activity by increasing the efficiency of students' educational activities during blended learning); a model for implementing didactic conditions for blended learning of future lawyers in institutions of professional pre-higher education was developed, which combines methodological-targeted, content-procedural and result-evaluation blocks; ‒ specified the essence of the concept "blended learning" as a specially organized process based on a complex combination of distance learning (DistanceLearning), classroom learning (Face-to-faceLearning), online learning using Internet services (Online Learning) and self-study learning (self-studylearning) as such components that are subject to development during the implementation of the educational process, taking into account modern realities and trends in the field of digital technologies; "readiness of future lawyers for professional activity during blended learning in IPPHE" as the ability to independently find legal information, acquire legal knowledge, successfully perform professional tasks, make legal decisions, apply modern digital technologies, which is characterized by a stable motivation for learning and professional self-improvement; the component structure of the readiness of future lawyers for professional activity during blended learning in institutions of professional pre-higher education (cognitive-cognitive, operational-activity and personal-value components), criteria, indicators and levels of its formation; ‒ improved didactic support for blended learning of future lawyers in institutions of professional pre-higher education, criteria-diagnostic tools for assessing the levels of readiness of future lawyers for professional activity during blended learning in institutions of professional pre-higher education; ‒ further development has been achieved by the scientific provisions of the competency-based approach, groups of principles of blended learning for future lawyers in institutions of professional pre-higher education (didactic, organizational-pedagogical and specific), didactic support for the formation of technological competence of future lawyers and competence in informal education and professional and personal development. The practical value of the obtained research results lies in the creation, substantiation and testing of the author's model for implementing didactic conditions for blended learning for future lawyers in institutions of professional pre-higher education, the development of an online course "Cultural and Legal Behavior of a Modern Lawyer", a series of online seminars "Technologies for Lawyers", mini-lectures "Methods of Organizing and Managing Educational and Independent Activities of Future Lawyers", a practical course on solving situational tasks for future lawyers, a diagnostic tool for assessing the levels of formation for technological competence of future lawyers and competence in informal education and professional and personal development, and their readiness for professional activity.
