Essay

Investigation object - socio-psychological adaptation of the graduates of the National Academy of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine for real service conditions. Investigation aim - substantiating of ways, conditions and working out scientific substantiated proposals on the formation of optimum ways of the military professional communication of the graduates with their subordinates as a condition of successful adaptation. Investigation methods and apparatus - analysis of scientific sources on research problem; generalization, interrogation, questionnaire, analysis of activity results, psycho-pedagogical experiment. Theoretical and practical results - dynamics nature and meaning of socio-psychological adaptation of the graduates of the National Academy of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine and types of such dynamics are determined; dependence of graduates' socio-psychological adaptation on communicative style with subordinates is substantiated; methodology on estimation of graduates' adaptation level has been worked out; correlation model of communicative style with socio-psychological graduates' adaptation is substantiated. The practical value of scientific research is working out practical recommendations on socio-psychological adaptation optimisation of the graduates of the National Academy of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine in troops. These research results can be used at the higher military establishments and in the system of extension courses with the purpose of improving military-professional skillfulness. Innovation novelty - study methodology of the graduates' adaptation level has been worked out; model of communicative style correlation with socio-psychological graduates' adaptation is suggested; special course programme on formation and development of graduates' leading stylish communicative parameters has been created. Introduction extent - in teaching process of the National Academy of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine; troops, scientific research ¤ 296-0010 K, and at the Scientific Research I nstitute of the Borderguard Troops of Ukraine. Usage sphere - while teaching-professional communication at the higher military establishments and officers' extension courses.
