Neurotropic activity of a newly synthesized co-ordinating compounds of germanium and bioligands, such as nicotinic and amber acid (correspondently MIGU-1 and 3) as well as nicotinamid (MIGU-2) has been carried out. At correspondent models it was established that according to the spectrum of neurotropic activity MIGU-1,2,3 may be attributed to tranquillizers. MIGU-2,3 compounds reveal the properties of nootrops, they also effective during electroconvulsive shock as well as are capable of potentiating the activity of standard anticonvulsants during experimental seizures, that open's perspective the purpose investigation of them.
