Vydysh M. Pedagogiсal principles of the moral relations of the fakulty staff at the military educational establishment.

Objective of research - moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military educational establishment. Aim of research - to find out the essence and peculiarities of moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military educational establishments, experimentally investidate the main ways and pedagogical conditions of improvement of the effectivness of their formation in modern conditions. Investigation methods and apparatus: on the theoretical level - analysis, generalization of philosophical and psychological-pedagogical literature, analysis of the empirical material, classification, logical methods (similarity, distinction, accompaning changes); on the empirical level - diagnostic methods (guestionnaire, interview, include obserevind), prognostic methods (diagnostic, stating and forming experiments). Theoretical and practical results - the essence and peculiarities of moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military educational establishments were found out ; the main ways and pedagogical conditions of improvement of moral relations in the staff ofthe departments of higher military educational establishments were substantiated; methodios of estimation of the level of the development of moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military educational establishment were worked out; practical recommendations were worked out for the formation of moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military educational establishment. Innovation novelty - it is for the first time that the essence and peculiarities of moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military educational establishment in modern conditions were determinrd; the tendencies and contradictions of formation of moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military educational establisment were revealed; for the first time the criteria and indeces of the level of the development of moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military rducational establishment were defined; the main ways and pedagogical conditions of the improvement of moral relations in the staff of the department of higher military educa tional establishment were determined and substantiated.
