VOLKOVA V. Forming profession orientation of management department students on the primary stage of education (through the English language learning).

The dissertation is concerned with the problem of forming profession orientation of management department students on the primary stage of education by means of the English language. The model of profession orientation forming process is worked out. The fixation on the activity directed at profession mastering is grounded as one of the main conditions of the process. The manager's main professional qualities and skills influencing the process of forming profession orientation are distinguished. The application of business games in English to the process is didactically grounded as the means of forming the distinguished qualities and skills as well as profession orientation. The experiment demonstrates the effectiveness of the given method in the process of forming profession orientation.
