Об'єкт дослідження - psychological peculiarities of manager's activity of organs of internal affairs of Ukraine. Мета дослідження - constructing of a program for creating of psychological readiness for managing activity within the system of the Ministry of Internal affairs of Ukraine. Методи дослідження та аппаратура - interviewing, conversation, observation, estimations of experts, analysis of a documentation, periodicals and videomaterials of Ukraine's Main Police Offices, standardised and modified inquirers, methodic, tests. Теоретичні результати і новизна - the theoretical analysis such complex(difficult) social - psychological of phenomena, as organising activity and personnel administration, feature of the subject and object of management in law-enforcement bodies is carried out; the psychological features of activity of the chief are certain(determined); the psychological model of manager in low is reasonable; opportunities of use the personal of reserves of formation of individual style of acti vity; the theoretical bases professional - psychological of selection and program professional - psychological training of managers in low are certain(determined). Практичні результати і новизна - the Internal Affairs manager's professiogram and psychogram has been created; recommendations on brunches and methods of constructing of target programs on psychological training on resolving the Internal Affairs manager's tasks have been based, developed and probated. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - - the recommendations based on the determined psychological peculiarities which cause and determine the Internal Affairs manager's activity efficiency, were implemented into the training process and in-service training of the Internal Affairs of Ukraine employees; the methodics of professional psychological training of the Internal Affairs manager's, directed towards forming professionally important Internal Affairs manager's qualities, detected in the result of the professio-graphical investigation of the Internal Aff airs manager is worked out, and the implementation of this results into the process of professional pre-selection and the Internal Affairs employees selection have been carried out. Ефективність впровадження - - the positive results of application of the methodics of the Internal Affairs manager's professional psychological training are achieved.
