Об'єкт дослідження -it dealt with professional consciousness of lawyers and process of their formation . Мета дослідження - the aim of investigation is to determine the roles and mechanism of social stereotypes influence on professional consciousness formation of future lawyers and possibilities of using this phenomenon in training process. Методи дослідження та апаратура - interviewing, conversation, observation, experts evaluation, documentation and periodicals analysis; standardized and modified inquirers, methodics, tests. Теоретичні результати і новизна - complex analysis of social stereotype's influence on the process of forming of the professional consciousness of future lawyers is done. The notion of social stereotype is widened and psychological regularities of their functioning are observed. Connections between the perceptive image and existing social stereotypes in consciousness are established. Psychological bases of stereotypes influence on formation of personality of future lawyers are d etermined. Практичні результати і новизна -psychodiagnostic complex of scientific methods of investigation of social stereotypes influence on formation of students consciousness and methods of psychopedagogical correction of this phenomenon are elaborated and implemented. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - the system of psychodiagnostic, psychoprophylactic and correctional measures concerning the phenomenon of stereotypisation in process of future lawyers formation is realized. Ефективність впровадження - effective results concerning productivity of proposed training and forming technologies are obtained. Сфера використання - the investigation embraces training process of legal faculties of high educational establishments and practical work of specialists.
