Об'єкт дослідження - are the organizational, legal, functional and psychological objective laws of judicial stage of the trial as an activity, which is caused by the subject-object dependence. Мета дослідження - is the complex analysis of psychological dependence of professional activity of judges, determination of legal-psychological factors of improvement of trial for ensuring legitimacy and justice. Методи дослідження та аппаратура - are observation, analysis of documents, expert appraisal, testifying, analysis of activity results. Теоретичні результати і новизна - are the theoretical analysis of problems of alignment, cooperation and interaction of psychological peculiarities of participants of the trial while consideration of criminal cases, which has been done in investigation. Практичні результати і новизна - are the recommendations and proposals which have been working out for improvement of law adoption and law application and are directed to the reformation of judicial system of Ukraine; wel l-founded demands for the person of a judge in his professional activity with the aim of improvement of their qualification during their professional training; the recommendations for the effective establishment of the truth and the measures of punishment with consideration of psychological peculiarities of adoption and support of the court verdicts. Предмет і ступінь впровадження - In the investigation were founded features of personality, which influence the effectiveness of professional activity of judges, worked out the recommendations for professional training and improvement of qualification of judges with the aim of more effective solution of professional and social problems. Ефективність впровадження - is in positive results of the present method of preparing legal documents in the sphere of law adoption and law application professional selection, psychological training of judges. Сфера використання - in the sphere of reformation of judicial system of Ukraine on the base of scientifically substantiate d principles of legal psychology, also in educational sphere of special lecture course , in the process of professional training and improvement of qualification of judges.
