Ponomarenko V. Effect efficiency of khoriozen, PDE and umbilizen on hog sires' reproduction function

Object of examination: hog sires. The purpose of examination: the creation of the method of sires capabilities by means of human fetal membrane, placenta and umbilical on the animals. Methods: clinical, biochemical, hormonal, morphological. Theoretical and practical results: injections of the preparations promote animal spermproduction raising, fertility, multijele fertility and increasing fertility of sows, activate biochemical process, normalise hormonal functions . Novelty of innovation: for the first time method of sires capabilities stimulation by means of preparations "Khoriozen", PDE and "Umbilizen", the dynamic of testosterone and some biochemical indexes of blood under stimulation influence was investigated. A degree of introduction: the results are used in teaching process on the subject "Obstetrics, gynaecology and biotechnology of food animals" on Veterinary medicine department and for continuing education in Sumy State Agrarian University.
