The thesis is devoted to the pathogenetical substantiation of pharmacocorrection of HS, formed in conditions of an influence on an organism acute hypoxic hypoxia and hyperthermia by xanthine deriva-tives. Is established, that the highest pharmacoprophylactic efficiency for want of given pathological condition among all investigated xanthine derivatives exhibits pentoxifylline for want of it enteralic intro-duction by an experimental animal in a doze of 150 mg/kgs 1 hour prior to effect of the extreme factors, for want of the average therapeutical doze of a preparation has made 120 mg/kgs. Is shown, that in the basis of an antihypoxic operation of a preparation the ability it to prevent ac-tivation of processes of peroxidizing oxidation phospholipids membrane lies. That is exhibited in decrease of the contents of primary, intermediate and final products lipidperoxidation. The important role in reali-zation by a preparation of an antihypoxic operation is played it by antiradical properties confirmed by a method BCL. Besides the important significance has pentoxifyllines ability to increase in fabrics a level of endogenic protectors of hypoxia - cАMP and prostacycline. Significant influence to formation and the current of HS renders pentoxifyllines ability to prevent violation of antioxidanting-prooxidanting balance at the expense of preservation of activity of such com-ponents of the antioxidanting protective system of an organism, as catalase, SOD, glutatione, and preven-tion of decrease of the contents of the functional active SH-groups, and also to provide a sufficient level of protection of an organism from effect of the extreme factors owing of membrane stabilizer operation estimated on peroxidizing stability of erythrocytes membranes.
