Essay

The research aim: to study of pathogeniticity of a atopical dermatitis in dogs and methods of rational treatment development on this basis. It is proved, that an atopical dermatitis in dogs during occurence (dog 1-3 years of age) and exacerbation are accompanied by mass degranulation of fabric basophils, inflammatory reaction, mononucler and lymphocytic infiltration, loosening and dystrophia of a epidermis. Methods: clinical, biochemical, immunological. A highly effective treatment of a atopical dermatitis of dogs is the complex therapy with application inside of Prednisolonum in a dose 1,1-1-5 mg/kg of mass during 11-17days with simultaneous injection of Thymalinum in a dose of 0,3 mg/kgof mass (8-10 days). Suggestions: a diagnostic method for atopical dermatitis. Field of application: Veterinary Medicine.
