Essay

The object of the study in dogs with tumors of the mammary gland. The purpose of the study is to clinically and experimentally substantiate the pathogenetic role of hemostasis in various pathomorphological types of breast tumors in dogs and to develop complex schemes of its pharmacological correction for their electrosurgical treatment. Methods of research - clinical, morphological, physical, hemostasis, histomorphological, statistical. Scientific novelty - theoretically and clinically and experimentally substantiated the complex treatment of dogs for tumors of the mammary gland of different histomorphological types using an electrosurgical method of their removal and postoperative pharmacological correction by an immunostimulant roncoleukin, hemostatic tranexamic in combination with a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug acellizine or low molecular weight heparin phenoxy. It is established that risk factors are the genetic factor, age, hormonal imbalance, industrial pollution of ecosystems. It is proved that the tumors from a hypercoagulation syndrome with thrombinemia through the internal and external mechanisms of the coagulation cascade. It has been proved that the electrosurgical mastectomy allows to optimize the operation technique, helps to reduce the level of hemostasis and endothelial disorders, the frequency of relapses and metastases. It has been established that pharmacological correction eliminates hypercoagulation syndrome, reduces the frequency of relapses and metastases and increases the survival of patients. Implemented: 3 patents of Ukraine were obtained for a useful model, the materials of the dissertation included in the scientific methodological manual, used in research and teaching work at the faculties of higher educational institutions. Sphere (industry) of use: veterinary medicine.
