Essay

The object of study - surgical pathology in dogs, abdominal hernias in pigs and purulent-necrotic lesions of the extremities in cows. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the clinical and pathogenetic significance of cytokines and pharmacological correction of their level in surgical infection in animals of different species. Research methods - clinical, bacteriological, hematological, hemostasis, biochemical, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Scientific novelty. A pronounced anti-inflammatory cytokine profile has been established in clinically healthy cows and pigs. In purulent-necrotic lesions of the extremities in cows caused by associations of microflora, phlogogenic cytokinemia is formed, its degree correlates with their clinical forms and is accompanied by hyperfibrinogenemia and insufficient levels of proteinase inhibitors. The adhesive-inflammatory process for hernia in pigs is accompanied by moderate proinflammatory cytokinemia, which is significantly exacerbated by purulent arthritis. Surgical pathology in dogs is accompanied by the formation of pro-inflammatory cytokinemia of varying degrees, higher than nosological forms of surgical infection. Phlogogenic cytokinemia causes the development of surgical pathology in dogs of varying degrees of erythrocytopenia, oligochromemia and leukocytosis. The use of immune depot and thiotriazoline in the complex treatment of purulent wounds in dogs is substantiated.
