. A research Object - The object of investigation is a public education in Crimea in 1921-1929. The Aim of the research - The purpose of the dissertation is detailed investigation of public school education in the contexts of regular policy. The Methods of research and equipment - Such universal scientific principles as historical, comprehensive, objective, complex-chronological, complex-thematic, division into periods of events, retrospective have been taken as methodological base of work. The practical results and novelty - The scientific novelty of the dissertation is that for the first time was made the wide complex-investigation of public school education in the Crimea in 1921-1929. The scientific and practical meaning of the work is that the results of this investigation can be used in specialized course in Crimea history. A subject and degree of introduction. The subject of investigation is party and state policy of the USSR in the field of education in 1921-1929. Efficiency of introduction - Conclusions made in the dissertation were used in lectures on history of Ukraine and Crimea in the Taurida national university. The information and conclusion of the work can be also used to analyze the Ukrainian modern humanitarian policy.
