Essay

Object of investigation: cows, calves, cardiac-vessel system, hemopoesis, marrow, natural resistance. Purpose of work: Thesis deals with questions about the influence of keeping conditions on physiological state of cardiac - vessel system and hemopoesis in cows of economies in zones of radiological state of cardiac - vessel system and hemopoesis in cows of economies in zones of radiological control. Methods and equipment: hygienical, clinical haemadynamical, haematological, morphlogical and cenjchemical of blood and marrow bone, biochemical; photoelectrocolourmeter, spectro-photometer.Theoretical end practical results: proved that increased levels of ionic irradiation have the negative influence on hemopoesis processes in cows, as at all, as in their some links. We had observed the erytropoesis tensity in cows' marrow hyper - and hypochromic anemia, which was the cause of violation in functioning of animals cardiac-vessel. The negative changes in other shots of hemopoesis, lymphoidie end mieloidic (im mune blood tissues of which are predominated), were confirmed and were connected with the changes in other indices of organism resistance (quantities of leukocytes in perypheric blood, protein exchange, per cent of endogenic intoxication, circulating immune complexes and others. Received facts favour to deeper understanding the mechanisms of chronic half- intensive irradiation influence on cows organism of different age group and formed the more goal - directed possibilities to put into practical measures due to sanitation.
