Pushkova A. Sanitary-Hygienic Assessment and Effectiveness of the Use Detergent-Disinfectant of Complex Action «Argomol» for Treatment of Dairy Equipment

Thesis is devoted to the development and research of a new acid detergent and disinfectant for sanitary treatment of dairy equipment. Sanitary and hygienic assessment of common means for sanitary treatment of dairy equipment was carried out. Sanitary conditions for obtaining raw cow's milk in farms of Odessa region have been researched. A new acid detergent-disinfectant «Argomol» for sanitary treatment of dairy equipment has been created. Its main physicochemical properties and bactericidal activity have been researched. Acute toxicity, irritant, skin resorptive, cumulative and sensitizing effects of the detergent-disinfectant have been researched. Modes of application of mean for sanitary treatment of portable milking machines, milking installations with a milk line, milk coolers and tanks of milk trucks are developed. Which ensure the microbiological purity of their internal surfaces with such a number of mesophilic aerobic and facultative-anaerobic microorganisms in the flushes, which allows in a set of sanitary measures to obtain whole milk raw materials of extra grade, according to DSTU 3662:2018. Scientific and practical recommendations on the use of the mean have been developed and offered to the production.
