Essay

The object of investigation: the effects of microelements (J, Mg, Cu, Co, Zn) on the blood composition, manifestation of calving signs, course of calving stages, postnatal period. Purpose of the researck work: calves blood, fetal fluid and fetal placenta. The metods of investigation and apparatus: clinical, biokhimical, histological, FEC, gammaspectrometr, microtom, microscope. Theoretical and practical result: It has been established that adding salts of microelements to the diet up to 100% percent required by the norm contributes to the increase of the zone of radioactive contamination of carotene content in cow blood. Due to the increase of phosporus in blood, calcium-phosporus ratis is normalized from 2,7:1 to 2,1:1. The fields (sphere) of obstetrics, stock-breeding.
