The antithrombotic properties of 1,4-benzodiazepine derivatives, and piperidine- and pirrolidinediones were investigated. It was established a distinct antihaemostatic and antiaggregative activities equal to these of acetylsalicylic acid or higher ones. Antihaemostatic and antiaggregative effects of gidazepam and aspirine combinations were investigated. The low dose combination 1:1 was recognized as the most effective. The novel linear RGD-peptidemimetics exhibited high antiaggregatory potency, the mechanism of their action was proved to be them the antagonists of fibrinogen receptors.
