Essay

The object of research: process of activity and development of public pre-school education as maiden link in a system of continuous education. The purpose of research: to determine directions of reforming of public pre-school education, organisational pedagogical conditions of functioning of pre-school institutions. Methods: theoretical-analysis of scientific sources on a problem of research; the system-structural and comparative historical analysis of features of development of public pre-school education; the substantional analysis of the normative and account documents; forecast methods; the analysis and synthesis of outcomes of experiment; experimental: observation, analysis of pedagogical experience; oral and written interrogation; methods of sociometry, statistics, morphological analysis of the obtained data. The outcomes and novelty of research consist in rather full analysis е of those processes, which one descend in public pre-school education of Ukraine; the substantiation of directions of its complex reforming; definition and approbation of organisational pedagogical conditions of functioning of modern pre-school institutions; working out effectiveness criterions of their functioning. A degree and efficiency of an inculcation: the basic ideas of research are inserted in practice; the findings of investigation can directly be used by education administrations and chiefs of pre-school institutions for reforming existing or creation of new models of pre-school institutions. An orb of an inculcation: organization of activity of pre-school institutions of different types and kinds.
