The dissertation is dedicated to investigation of nephrotoxicity of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and to demonstration the expediency of use trimetazidineoran for correction of indomrthacine nephrotoxicity. Is was established that nephrotoxicitythat of indomrthacine correlated with serum drugs concentration and urine levels of its glucuronide metabolites. The expediency of using of trimetazidine for correction indomrthacine nephrotoxicity was demonstrated. Is was shown that trimetazidine has own anti-inflammatoryt activite and in patient with rheumatoid arthritis promoted more rapid normalization of the basis clinical and laboratory parameters of disease and lipoperoxydation
