Essay

Thesis resolves problem of combined pharmacotherapy efficacy and safety improvement in elderly patients with arterial hypertension II, III stage associated with ischemic heart disease in accordance to revealed homeostatic shifts obtained by laser correlation spectroscopy. Efficacy criteria of combined pharmacotherapy in followed up patients were defined and justified: decrease of systolic and diastolic arterial pressure associated with increase of anabolic type (particles with 71-150 nm diameter) and reduce of catabolic type of homeostatic shifts (particles with 11-30 nm diameter). Insecurity criteria – renal dysfunction manifested by increase of creatinine level associated with increase of mixed type simultaneously with intoxication type of homeostatic shifts (particles with 31-70 nm diameter) and decrease of anabolic type.
