The thesis is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of the combined application of antiseptic and phytomixture the treatment of periodontal disease in adolescents against the backdrop of alimentary-constitutional obesity. Clinical observa-tions of persons with alimentary constitutional showed a high prevalence of diseases parodies NTA. In clinical studies found that standard periodontal diseases pharmacotherapy in this group of patients does not provide sufficient clinical effect and long-term and stable remission. The combination of antiseptic efizol and Phytomixture leads to the disappearance of inflammatory symptoms, improvement of hygiene and periodontal pockets, restoration of normal microflora composition of gingival and periodontal pockets. The proposed combination of drugs and positive impact on the local immune defense of the oral cavity. Grounded and set higher clinical efficacy of combined use of antiseptics and efizol Phytomixture relatively isolated from their introduction in chronic catarrhal gingivitis in adolescents against the backdrop of alimentary- constitutional obesity. The results allowed to expand and deepen existing ideas about the peculiarities of periodontal disease in adolescents with alimentary-constitutional obesity on which method was proposed to optimize treatment of this pathology by combined use of oral antiseptic and phytomixture.
