The thesis is devoted to improving of treatment in patients with inflammatory periodontal diseases associated with urolithiasis by means of combined use of thiotriazolin in elaborated composition and urolesan. It had been stated the significant prevalence of periodontal diseases, the disturbances of oxydant system, changes in levels of protein methabolic enzymes in comorbid urolithiasis and generalized periodontitis. The use of the elaborated pharmacotherapy had improved the investigated values and shortened the terms of elimination of inflammation in periodontal tissues comparatively to standard treatment. The combined use of thyotriazoline containing preparation and urolesan made it possible the achievement a steady stabilization of generalized periodontal diseases in patients with urolithiasis.
