Essay

The thesis is devoted to the actual question of clinical pharmacology, namely improvement of pharmacotherapy of stable ischemic heart disease by additional application in the conventional therapy of ischemic heart disease L-arginine L-glutamate considering the structural and functional state of the liver. L-arginine L-glutamate was additionally used to optimal pharmacotherapy of stable ischemic heart disease (5 ml of 40 % solution intravenously with the transition to a tablet form 0,75 g three times a day for 3 weeks). It has been established that in patients with stable ischemic heart disease with insufficient effectiveness of optimal drug therapy (unachieved target levels of lipidogram, preservation of ischemic attacks, with concomitant rhythm disorders, obesity) it is expedient to evaluate the structural and functional state of the liver (ultrasound examination. Total bilirubin, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, gammaglutamyl transferase) In the presence of cytolytic and cholestatic syndromes, high target levels of low-density lipoproteins, low levels of high-density lipoproteins and / or hypertriglyceridemia in combination with ultrasound signs of steatohepatitis, L-arginine L-glutamate additional use is recommended.
