Tkachenko T. The Peculiarities of the Clinical Course of the Bronchiectasis in Patients with the Different Blood Antigen's Structures and Somatotypic Characteristics

90 patients with bronchiectasis and 117 Healthy persons underwent the complex clinicogenetical examination. The clinicogenealogical analysis showed that among probands-patients the type of the family aggravated heredity "sick father, healthy mother" was observed significantly more frequently in comparison with healthy persons (20,00 + 4,210) % and (1,89 + 1,32) %; respectively; t = 4,10; р < 0,001). The antigens B(III), N, P(+) were diagnosed in patients significantly more frequently in patients in comparison with healthy persons. The threecomponent combinations associated with the enhanced risk (in 2-3 times) of the BE development were determined. The ВЕ patients opposite to healthy people show high points of еctomorphy associated with the appearance of ВЕ at the young age, aggravated heredity and disseminate ВЕ. Complicated course of bronchiectasisis is observed among the middle -aged patients with low data of endomorphy component of somatotype.
