Confectionery curative-preventive medicine were created by complex investigations was estimated for glacial caramel that containe dry extracts of Echinacea purpurea and Achillea millefolium and Viburnum opulus dry juice in caramel filling. Basing on physico-chemical and technological researches, optimal storage conditions and rational technology of caramel containing extracts of Echinacea, Achillea in laboratory and industrial conditions and caramel with filling that containe Viburnum dry juice - in industrial conditions were worced out.
