Essay

The screening opportunities of laser correlation spectroscopy (LCS) of the blood in definition of pharmacotherapy efficacy were investigated. The learning of dynamic changes of subfractional composition of the rats' blood plasma at the models of toxic hepatitis and stress with their pharmacological correction by comparison with the data of traditional methods showed that LCS enables to evaluate the action profile and efficacy of used biologically active compounds. Resulting from in vitro experiences with blood from the patients with diagnosis of viral hepatitis B and acute local bronchopneumony high informative value of the blood LCS was revealed during pharmacotherapy. It will allow to make proper corrections for achievement of the optimal treatment result.
