Zazhars'kyj V. Laserotherapy of acute postpartum endometritis in cows

Object of examination: cows with acute postpartum endometritis, neonatal calves . The purpose of examination: the ground of effectiveness of laser radiation use as compared with other curing methods in case of acute postpartum endometritis. Methods: obstetric-clinical, bacteriological, morphological, biochemical, immunological. Theoretical and practical results: necessity of postpartum endometritis early complex diagnostic was confirmed; changes in blood during endometritis were added; biological and economical effect of laserotherapy instead antibioticotherapy in case of acute postpartum endometritis was proved. Novelty of innovation: for the first time therapeutic aspects of different ways of laser application were learn as compared with existent curing methods. Positive influence of laser radiation on morphologic-biochemical indexes of blood, on cellular and humor immunity was established. A degree of introduction: the results are used in teaching process on the subject "Obstetrics and gynecology o f food animals" on Veterinary medicine department, promoted at Lugansk region farms. Sphere of usage: veterinary medicine, cattle-breeding.
