The dissertation is devoted to investion of paracetamol' s hepato- and nephrotoxic effect mechanisms pharmacologic correction. It was established that isoform activity ofcytochrome P 450 2 T1 fnd 1А2. carboxylese and conjugating enzymes activity, and also activation of lipoperoxidation processes and increase of nitrogen oxide production play the principal role in paracetamol toxicogenesis.
