Essay

The dissertation is devoted to a justification of opportunity of the combined application of blockers АТ1-Р and IACE at arterial hypertension. The cjmbined therapy by irbesartan and enalapril at arterial hypertension in proposed dosage declines a level of cholesterol and triglycerides in plasma of blood, eliminates dyslipoproteidemia for the benefit of heightening LPHC level. It testifies of a decriase in the risk of vascular impairment in hatients with arterial hipertension.
