Os'odlo V. Psychodiagnostics of functional state in professional work dynamics

The thesis is devoted to diagnostics and correction of the operators' functional state in their professional work conditions. It shows the possibility of diagnostic and correction work realization directed on the optimisation of an operator's functional state in actual working conditions.The theoretical and professio-graphical analyses of the specific profile operators activity were made. It is established that the dominant feature of an operator's activity is the preservation of the main indices of the operative memory, psychological functions of an acoustic analyser, high emotional strong-will stability and prevailence of processing motives of the activity.The analysis of the operators' functionality dynamics during an annual cycle revealed the specific features of functional condition developments. The effectiveness of methods of arbitrary self-regulation was demonstrated in an experimental group.
