The dissertation is concentrated on development and research of an electro-dehydrator (EDG) with polarized filling for efficient cleaning non-polarized operating liquids of aviation hydro-oil systems from emulsion water and mech-fillings. The experimental researches have allowed first time at domestic experience to create an optimal polarized electro-dehydrator construction, which provide continuous disperse phase removing from filter zone to emulsion water and mech-fillings recycling zone. EDG control parameters were determined as well as the their influence degree on non-polarized liquids cleaning effectiveness. There was shown that EDG operation primary based on interaction polarize effects between disperse contamination phase and fiber wool filling. Analytical representation of EDG efficiency was reached. Also the optimal technological limits for EDG were found by non-linear programming solution. The practical realization of science and technical results of the work was performed at "Kremniy Polime r" factory for cleaning silicon-organic liquid from water and mech-fillings with expected economical efficiency - $54 000 per year and also at Zaporizha trasformer factory.
