Essay

Investigation object - process of the Internal Troops future officers' preparation for the law-enforcement activity. Investigation aim - to substantiate the structure of the Internal Troops future officers' psychological readiness for the law-enforcement activity, to reveal the determinants of its development, age and individual differences in the formation dynamics. Investigation methods - scientific methods of theoretical level, empirical research and mathematical statistics methods. Theoretical and practical results. The model of psychological readiness of a person for the law-enforcement activity has been developed and tested. The principles, conditions and ways of formation process improvement of the cadets' psychological readiness (at separate faculty of the Internal Troops of the National academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine) for the law-enforcement activity have been revealed and substantiated. The structure of person's motivation for the law-enforcement activity has been worked out. The f actors and psychological principles of senior class pupils', the Internal Troops future officers', militiamen development of motivation for the law-enforcement activity have been revealed. Formation dynamics of cadets' psychological readiness of the National academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine for the law-enforcement activity and its determining factors have been revealed. The psychodiagnostical methods of motivational, general professional and emotionally-determined readiness components have been worked out. The recommendations which allow to improve the person's training process for the law-enforcement activity have been worked out for the instructors of the Internal Troops faculty (the National academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine), and other higher military institutions preparing the officers for the law-enforcement bodies and administrative structures of regional Interior Troops departments of Ukraine. Introduction novelty - the model of person's psychological readiness for the law-enforcement activity has been worked out and tested for the first time; the principles, conditions and improvement ways of the cadets' psychological readiness formation process of the Internal Troops separate faculty (the National academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine) for the law-enforcement activity have been revealed and substantiated; the content of such notions as "law-enforcement activity", "person's motivation for the law-enforcement activity" etc. has been specified; the factors and psychological principles of senior class pupils', Internal Troops future officers', militiamen development of motivation for the law-enforcement activity have been revealed; the content and structure of conceptual rules, which deepen essence understanding of person's psychological readiness for the law-enforcement activity have got its further development; psychological mechanisms of person's transition from the object into the subject of the law-enforcement activity. Introduction degree: in the educational process of the Internal Troops separate faculty (the National academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine), and in the Internal Troops practical activity (unit 3035). Utilization sphere - in the cadets' training program of the Internal Troops separate faculty (the National academy of Border Guard Troops of Ukraine) and other higher military institutions, which prepare the officers for the law-enforcement bodies.
