Dissertation is devoted to study of preventive antiarrhytmic efficien- cy of cordarone at the patients by IHD complicated by often relapses of atrial fibrillation, rising of efficiency of this pharmacotherapy by a co- mbination of cordarone with metoprolol at the patients, refractory to monotherapy, influence of antiarrhyhmic therapy on HRV, condition of an endocardiac hemodynamics and dispersion of an interval Q-T; to revealing in experimental conditions of biochemical markers of an ear- ly defeat mild and liver with the purpose of forecasting occurrence of probable side effects and rising of safety of a long pharmacotherapy of cordarone.
