Dissertation work is dedicated to the pedagogical conditions of pre-school children emotional stableness forming during the process of physical training education. To solve this problem is possible of the child's organism is viewed as a dynamic system, in which psychic and physical state are studying in the correlation. This process is characterized by hyterochronics and sensitive periods in the development of components of physical and psycho-physiological state, which is the base of emotional stableness. Factor analysis let made the parameters unity which characterizes physical and psycho-physiological state the input of which in total dispersional selection in 6 years old children was 83,5% and in 7 years old children - 81,6%. Positive influence on psycho-physiological and emotional state make exercises directed on the development of quickness (doing with maximal intensity) and moving in snow-drift (active bending). According to scientific facts which were got, the pedagogical conditions of forming the emotional stableness of 6-7 years old children, complex of determine influence exercises, methodic instructions on normalizing of physical loading and rest, and also the models of sports and games forms of lessons organization were worked out.
