The dissertation presents a complex research of the problem of teenagers moral values education in summer camps. It was found that the moral values education was relevant at different stages of human development and performed evaluative and regulatory functions, motivating the behaviour and activities of the person Moral education is outlined as a purposeful process of formation of moral consciousness, moral feelings, habits and moral behaviour, assimilation of moral values. Moral values are what is most important for a person in life, the world around him, people, material and spiritual culture. The cognitive, emotional, valuable and practical criteria of education of moral values of teenagers are showed. It has been found that the cognitive criterion presupposes that adolescents have knowledge of morality and moral values; emotional and value criterion takes into account the attitude of adolescents to moral values, how they use values in their lives; behavioural criterion characterizes the ability of adolescents to do moral acts and make self-analysis and self-esteem of their acts. The three levels of moral values formation of teenagers on the basis of diagnostics are established: high, average and low. It is determined that the high level of moral values formation of adolescents shows the state of moral stability; the middle level reflects the moderate expressiveness of cognitive orientation, partially formed valuable orientations; low level is characterized by a lack of desire to develop activities, weak expressiveness of cognitive orientation, unformed valuable orientations, low level of responsibility, independence, complicity in the team activities. The peculiarities of the moral values education process of teenagers in the conditions of temporary children's groups created in summer recreation camps are considered It is determined that the summer camp helps in the formation of the social experience of the person, development, simulation and realization of his spiritual and creative potential, search, development and support of talents and skills, involvement in personally significant social and cultural values, meeting the needs in self-determination, self-affirmation, development of psychophysical resources, strengthening of health, education of moral qualities, formation of an active life position. The pedagogical conditions of education in the summer camp are outlined: 1) enrichment of the existing system of moral values; 2) deepening of adolescents’ knowledge about moral values; the readiness of teachers to educate the moral values. It is developed the program of moral values education of teenagers in the conditions of summer camp "ReformISty", which became the complex way of pedagogical conditions realization and provided acquaintance of teenagers with moral values of mankind, getting of positive individual experience of moral behaviour, developing of individual moral consciousness and reflexive abilities. The effectiveness of forms and methods of educating the moral values of adolescents are proved, including collective creative work, practical consolidation of knowledge, skills and abilities, game, methods of solving difficult moral situations, training, conversations, group consultations. Special attention is paid to the educational work with representatives of subcultures: traceurs, skaters, freaks, cosplayers, skaters, selfie makers, etc. It is proved the importance of the educators training of the summer recreation camp, which included the theoretical and practical parts. It has been found that the monitoring the effectiveness of pedagogical conditions for the moral values education of adolescents in the summer camp was due to observation, diagnosis, analysis and evaluation of the results of moral values education of adolescents. It is allowed to monitor quickly the dynamics of the educational process and identified its correction measures on time. The positive dynamics in the level of formation of moral values of teenagers is revealed, which proved the effectiveness of the proposed pedagogical conditions of moral values education of teenagers in the summer recreation camp.
