Comparative analysis of vestibuloprotective activity Mercaptobenzimidazol derivates in case of experimental motion sickness wos carried out. It is proved bemityl and etoxibemithyl intraperitoneal single 100 and 200 mg/kg supresses influence of duration amplitude and frequene rotationof vestibular nystagmus. The studied substance are very effective by cAMF in adrenal glands, midbrain and cerebral cortex. The intensification of RNA is the mechanism o action bemithyland etoxibemithyl in case motion sickness.
