Essay

The research was made into the development of foreign professional training system, to be employed abroad after their graduation, in the Ukraine and some foreign countries from 1946 to 2000, from pedagogical and historical points of view. Former and contemporary expertise of training professionals for foreign countries on global educational scale was analyzed. The existing contradictions of the actual system of training professionals for foreign countries in educational establishments in the Ukraine were discovered. Principals and goals of reforming the system were determined in the world educational sphere by the Ukraine.
