The thesis presents educational traditions of folk pe-dagogy in Spain, researches the sources of Spain folk pedagogy - folklore, moral and didactic literature, customs and traditions reflecting the ideas and educa-tional values of the Spainish people. Regarding atten-tively the events which influed on forming the folk pedagogical thought of Spain in different periods of the development of spanish state it should be consi-dered that the first folk source.In the investigation the substance of folk pedagogics is enclosed; its principles, methods and facilities and means. The main cell of education in Spain is family. The main educational principles in Spain folk pedagogy from the point of view of human values and national peculiarities. formulated in the thesis.
