Essay

The historical social cultural reasons of the social services for the youth formation, their essence, the organizational and pedagogical principles of the activities as the system are analyzed in the thesis. It's polystructural model and the theoretic basis of building up the specialist model for the SSY system is justified. The understanding of the social and pedagogical activities, the essence, the principles and functions of a specialist professional activities are analyzed, specified and grounded. The social and technological basis of his professional readiness and the optimal technology of his maturity due to the SSY polystructural system are investigated. The recommendations on increasing the efficiency of the social services system for the youth in the realization of the state youth police in Ukraine are developed.
